By using Magic Link, you agree to the following terms. Magic Link is an alpha-stage product operated by Alec Di Vito.
1. Use of the service
Magic Link is provided for personal and evaluation use during the alpha period. You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose or upload documents you do not have the right to process.
2. Alpha software
The service is provided as-is during the alpha period. Features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable. There are no uptime guarantees at this stage.
3. Your data
You retain ownership of all documents you upload. Magic Link processes your documents solely to provide the service. We do not use your data for AI training. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Magic Link and Alec Di Vito are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
5. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated over time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
